Ingredients
- 3 c. rice crispy cereal, slightly crushed
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. chicken tender or breasts (skinless and boneless)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cereal, salt and dill. Dip chicken in oil.
- Roll in cereal mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Place on foil-lined pan. Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
