Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix eggs and sugar in large bowl.
- Stir baking soda into flour.
- Add flour mixture alternately with pineapple.
- Add nuts. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes.
