Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 jar Kraft Old English Cheddar
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped fine
- 4 drops garlic oil or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Let cheese sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Blend both cheeses, green onions and garlic until completely mixed.
- Set mixture in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- When firm, roll cheese in chopped nuts.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
- Serve with a variety of crackers.
