Ingredients
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 4 c. elbow macaroni
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute onions and pepper in oil until lightly browned.
- Add tomatoes and salt and pepper.
- Saute ground beef in frying pan. Drain and add to tomatoes.
- Cook about 1/2 hour.
- Cook macaroni. Drain and add to sauce.
- Mix thoroughly and serve.
