Ingredients
- 2 cans bean dip or 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 c. mashed avocados
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 1 small can chopped green chiles
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
Method
- Mix taco seasoning with beans.
- Layer the ingredients, beginning with beans and ending with taco sauce.
- Make first layer round on a serving plate.
- Surround finished dip with natural corn chips.
