- 1 1/2 c. cubed turkey breasts
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. oil-free Italian dressing
- green leaf lettuce
- 2 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
Method
- Combine turkey (skinned and cooked without salt), carrots, celery and yogurt.
- Stir well.
- Cover and chill.
