Ingredients
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter melted, cooled
- 6 ounces chocolate pieces
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked
Method
- In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Gradually add flour and sugars, mixing until well blended.
- Stir in butter.
- Fold in chocolate pieces and walnuts.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake in 325F (160C).
- oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Serve warm, with scoops of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
