Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 Eggs
- 2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 tablespoon Rum flavoring
Method
- Boil sugar and water until it becomes golden brown. Pour in oiled ramekins while still very hot. Set aside.
- Whisk together eggs, milks, and rum flavoring. Pour over caramel in ramekins.
- Set in water bath in roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow to cool naturally without opening door.
- Chill and serve by turning over ramekins onto plates and allowing caramel to flow over flan.
