Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Rum flavoring

Method

  • Boil sugar and water until it becomes golden brown. Pour in oiled ramekins while still very hot. Set aside.
  • Whisk together eggs, milks, and rum flavoring. Pour over caramel in ramekins.
  • Set in water bath in roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow to cool naturally without opening door.
  • Chill and serve by turning over ramekins onto plates and allowing caramel to flow over flan.
