- 2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 large Cool Whip
- chopped cherries
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 bananas, sliced
- nuts, chopped
- chocolate syrup
Method
- Crush vanilla wafers extra fine.
- Put into bottom of glass cake pan.
- Combine sugar, vanilla, eggs and margarine.
- Mix at high speed until creamy.
- Spread evenly over wafers.
- Arrange sliced bananas over sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle with well drained pineapple.
- Spread Cool Whip over this; top with cherries and nuts.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
