Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. tapioca pudding
- 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
- 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained (use drained juice and add water to make 2 c. liquid)
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 2 to 3 bananas, sliced
Method
- Bring to a boil the juice/water mixture and add the 2 packages of pudding and stir until thick.
- Let cool and then add the pineapple and oranges.
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator and then add sliced bananas when serving.
