Ingredients
- 4 c. (15 oz.) frozen potato rounds
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cans French fried onions
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Place potatoes on bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Mix together beef, broccoli and 1 can onions.
- Spread over potato shell.
- Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cheese and seasonings in small saucepan; heat.
- Pour over beef mixture.
- Bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 400°.
- Top with 1 can onions and remaining cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted and onions are brown, approximately 15 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
