Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. bananas, cut fine
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients until well blended.
- Do not beat.
- Turn into Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour; test for doneness. This cake is better if it can stand overnight for flavors to blend.
