Ingredients
- 1 pkg. peas, defrosted, but not cooked
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- 5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- salt
- pepper, coarsely ground
- sour cream
Method
- Toss peas, onions and bacon together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add sufficient sour cream to hold together.
- This salad is best made one day ahead and kept in refrigerator.
- Stir occasionally to mix flavors.
