Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs and milk together.
- Add dry ingredients and butter to milk and eggs mixture.
- Cook slowly over stove eye until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and pour into pie shell.
- Cool before refrigerating.
- Top with whipped cream.
