Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecans
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
- Beat egg white and water until frothy.
- Add nuts and stir.
- Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Add to nuts and place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 300°.
