Ingredients
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Mix all ingredients quickly.
- Put in pie shell and bake in 350° oven until firm; about 30 minutes.
- Do not overcook.
- This pie has a custard texture.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
