Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 - 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups shredded zucchini (squeeze dry)
  • 1 jar caramel ice cream sauce

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake approximately 35 minutes at 350°. After cake is done, poke holes in cake with fork, pour one jar caramel ice cream sauce over cake.
