- 1 cup margarine
- 2 - 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups shredded zucchini (squeeze dry)
- 1 jar caramel ice cream sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake approximately 35 minutes at 350°. After cake is done, poke holes in cake with fork, pour one jar caramel ice cream sauce over cake.
