Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 6 pods okra
- 2 medium onions
- 1 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
- Prepare vegetables by chopping all into large bowl.
- Coat with flour, salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil in skillet at medium-high and put vegetables into hot oil, trying not to include excess flour.
- Cook until brown and vegetables are tender.
