Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 3 tsp. milk
Method
- Place chicken breasts on a cutting board.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Pound breasts with a rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
- Mix eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Dip breasts in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Cook breasts in frying pan, using cooking oil for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over halfway through cooking time.
