Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter, cut in 8 pcs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs
Method
- Place water and butter in medium saucepan.
- Bring to full boil once it is boiling good, add in flour and salt.
- Stir fast till dough forms and leaves sides of pan (about 1 minute).
- Remove from heat, add in Large eggs.
- Spray cookie sheet LIGHTLY.
- Place on cookie sheet, just like puffy cookies.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
- Let cold.
- Cut tops off, dig out dough and fill with cream.
