Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
- carrots
- peas
- green pepper, chopped
- mushrooms
- any meat, chopped
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- soy sauce
Method
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cook eggs.
- Use cooked meat (small amount).
- Add small amount of remaining ingredients.
- Use soy sauce to taste.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate to keep.
