Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen cut carrots, thawed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can milk

Method

  • Boil chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Make dressing as directed on box.
  • Layer broccoli and carrots over chicken.
  • Layer dressing over vegetables.
  • Mix soup and milk.
  • Pour over top of dressing.
  • Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
