Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Whip eggs and sugar until creamy.
- Add milk, melted butter and vanilla.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour and 1 teaspoon sugar over pie shell before filling.
- Then pour filling into shell and bake in preheated oven at 300° until firm.
