Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 c. flour
- 2 c. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. ground garlic
Method
- Clean liver and
- roll in flour, salt, pepper and garlic mixture.
- In a frypan place the cooking oil and heat hot.
- Fry livers until crisp and brown.
- Serves 6 to 8.
