Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
- 2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked turkey or slices
- 1 (8 oz.) lite sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Place broccoli in a shallow 2-quart dish.
- Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
- Fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
- Microwave on High 11 to 12 minutes. Separate spears; drain and return to dish.
- Set aside.
- Place soup in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- Cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, or until very hot.
- Stir in turkey; cover and microwave 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
- Spoon sauce over broccoli and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Microwave on High, uncovered, 1 minute.
