Ingredients
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. almonds, chopped
- 2 medium apples
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1 banana
- grated rind of 1 orange
Method
- Combine oatmeal, wheat germ, orange rind, raisins and nuts. Shred 1 apple and chop 1 apple.
- Slice banana.
- Drizzle with honey and apple juice.
- Mix altogether.
- Serve with milk.
- Makes 4 servings.
