Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. fryer
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- Morton Nature's Seasons blend
Method
- Cut up chicken.
- Dredge chicken in a mixture of salt, pepper, Nature's Seasons blend and flour.
- In another bowl, beat egg and milk together.
- Dip chicken in this, then roll again in flour mixture.
- Fry over medium heat in deep oil until golden brown.
