Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. cracker meal
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, diced on top
Method
- Mix corn and cracker meal.
- Beat egg separately.
- Stir in, then add cheese and milk.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Put in oven with butter diced on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes in a fast oven.
- Can be prepared in advance.
