Ingredients
- 2 c. Fri-Chik
- 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 c. cut green beans
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 2 c. celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Mix all ingredients; place in casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°. Serves 8 to 10.
