Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon
- 2 slices bread, crumbled fine
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco or oil
- pepper
Method
- Flake salmon and remove all skin or bones.
- Add bread crumbs, cornmeal and eggs; mix well.
- Make in patties and fry until brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
