Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz) bottles tomato ketchup
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 1 T molasses
- 1 T creole or whole grain mustard
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 T peeled and grated fresh ginger
Method
- combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Pulse 2 or 3 times. serve.
