Ingredients
- 2 lb. boiled chicken
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. corn bread stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
Method
- Take chicken off bones and place in casserole dish.
- Melt the margarine.
- Add soup and milk.
- Pour over chicken in casserole dish.
- Mix stuffing with broth.
- Spoon over mixture.
- Do not stir. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brown.
