Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. graham cracker crust crumbs
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Method

  • In small saucepan, melt butter and stir in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Pat firmly in 11 x 7 pan; chill.
  • In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  • Stir in sweetened milk, pineapple and lemon juice.
  • Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip.
  • Pour in prepared pan. Chill for two hours.
