- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. graham cracker crust crumbs
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. whipped cream
Method
- In small saucepan, melt butter and stir in graham cracker crumbs.
- Pat firmly in 11 x 7 pan; chill.
- In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in sweetened milk, pineapple and lemon juice.
- Fold in marshmallows and Cool Whip.
- Pour in prepared pan. Chill for two hours.
