Ingredients
- 350 g chicken breast
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Method
- Rub the chicken with sugar, salt, pepper, sake.
- Cook the chicken in aluminum foil in a covered frying pan for about 10 mins.
- Let it cool.
- Cut into thin slices and eat with dressing or sauce to your taste.
- Of course it's good to eat as it is.
