Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 c. chopped bananas
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients with pecans.
- Mix thoroughly, but do not beat.
- Spoon into well-greased 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before removing from pan.
- Let cool completely before frosting.
