Ingredients
- 6 medium carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
Method
- Slice carrots.
- Simmer in small amount of water and salt for about 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
- Drain.
- Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Add carrots.
- Cook for 10 minutes, turning and stirring often.
- Serve hot.
