Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • chocolate chips or grated chocolate
  • 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream

Method

  • Blend cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
  • Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • In bowl mix 2 packages of instant pistachio pudding with 2 cups of cold milk.
  • Beat as directed on package.
  • It will look like green wallpaper paste.
  • Completely fold in Cool Whip and softened vanilla ice cream.
  • Pour over crumbs and top with chocolate chips.
  • Freeze.
