Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- chocolate chips or grated chocolate
- 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
Method
- Blend cracker crumbs and melted margarine.
- Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In bowl mix 2 packages of instant pistachio pudding with 2 cups of cold milk.
- Beat as directed on package.
- It will look like green wallpaper paste.
- Completely fold in Cool Whip and softened vanilla ice cream.
- Pour over crumbs and top with chocolate chips.
- Freeze.
