- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
Method
- Mix ingredients and pour over meat.
- London broil or any meat you wish to flavor.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours, turning every few hours.
- Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
- Add any other seasoning you like to season meat with.
