Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Method

  • Mix ingredients and pour over meat.
  • London broil or any meat you wish to flavor.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours, turning every few hours.
  • Baste meat with marinade while cooking.
  • Add any other seasoning you like to season meat with.
