Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round or chuck
- 1 lb. Bob Evans original sausage
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 loaves hors d'oeuvre bread
Method
- Brown and drain meat.
- Under low heat, add cheese and mix until all melted and blended.
- Place tablespoons of meat and cheese mixture on slices of bread and place on cookie sheet. Place under broiler until mixture bubbles and bread is crisp (usually 5 to 7 minutes).
