Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can chili with beans
  • 1 can chili without beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • 1 can vegetable soup

Method

  • Brown and drain ground beef.
  • Place in crockpot or soup pot. Mix remaining ingredients (do not drain them) adding to the pot. Simmer all day on low or get mixture real hot and then simmer several hours.
  • Leftovers can be frozen.
