Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh corn
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. cream or evaporated milk
Method
- Cut corn from cob, then scrape cob for milk left in cob.
- Melt butter in skillet, add corn and cook over medium heat for ten minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add salt, pepper, and sugar and cook five minutes.
- Stir in cream or evaporated milk and serve.
