Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- cubed white bread
Method
- Brown sausage.
- Mix eggs, milk and seasonings.
- Mix in drained sausage and cheese.
- Line 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish with bread and cover with mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
