Ingredients
- 6 fat Florida armadillos
- fisherman's net
- 3 to 4 sassafras roots
- 3 buckeye balls
- poke salad (about 2 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Method
- During night-time hours, catch armadillos by netting.
- Take armadillos and wash until clean.
- Remove meat from shells.
- Clean shells completely and hang to drip dry.
