Ingredients
- 2 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. gravy mix
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 slices bacon
- 2 c. water
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Add onion and shrimp.
- Saute until shrimp are pink or orange.
- Add gravy mix, seasonings and water. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
