Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Sift together flour, sugar, soda and salt.
- In large pan bring first 3 ingredients to boil; remove from heat.
- Add eggs and sour cream (mix by hand, do not use mixer).
- Combine and gradually add flour mixture.
- Mix well.
- Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Frost while still warm.
