Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread (remove crusts)
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage (bulk)
- Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Make the night before and refrigerate.
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
- Line with bread. Brown sausage and drain grease.
- Mix with mustard and put over bread.
- Lay slices of cheese over sausage.
- Mix milk, half and half, eggs, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over cheese layer.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
