Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- salt and pepper
Method
- In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in small amount of oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Pour over pork chops.
- Cover, simmer 45 to 60 minutes.
