- 1 pkg. frozen Southern-style hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 carton (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
Method
- Combine all ingredients in an oiled 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
