Ingredients
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 can milk
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- grated onion to taste
- onion tops or chives, finely cut
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or low-fat yogurt
Method
- Heat soup, milk and bouillon cubes over medium-low heat.
- Add grated onion and blend.
- Let cool and fold in sour cream.
- Chill well.
- Sprinkle with chives or onion tops prior to serving.
- Makes 4 servings.
