Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 small box instant pudding (any flavor)
- 3 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Stir first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Drop by teaspoon on wax paper.
- Cool and store in refrigerator.
- Flavor of pudding determines flavor of cookie.
